This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students did not get a yearbook last year due to remote learning constraints. They are so excited this year to create a yearbook, but we lack the supplies needed. The students are learning journalistic techniques and page design but this project would allow more students to participate in the work from week to week.
My students need a new camera and a tripod to take photographs of daily life and school events.
They will benefit greatly from these supplies and will be able to take higher quality photos, store and upload them, and design better yearbook pages.
