My Project

In the classroom, scholars go to Reading Rotations where the scholars are grouped according to skill level. A leveled classroom library is vital because all scholars need a self selected reading time each day. Scholars independently select and read books they can be successfully read.

Children do best when they are offered a feast of books they can choose from based on their interest and skill level.

A leveled library is especially important for children who do not have access to books at home and rely on the classroom library for reading enjoyment.
