My Project
In my art therapy classroom, students are encouraged to express their emotions, explore their creativity, and develop personal insight through various artistic practices.
The environment plays a crucial role in fostering a space that feels safe, welcoming, and conducive to both emotional and creative growth.
Incorporating tools such as yoga mats, floor pillows, a classroom diffuser, journals, and headphones can significantly enhance the therapeutic experience for high school students. These items can promote physical comfort, mental clarity, emotional expression, and a sense of personal space, all of which contribute to a more effective and enjoyable art therapy experience.
Donating to this cause means more than just providing students with supplies; it’s about investing in their emotional and mental well-being.
