My Project
I teach 5th grade at a Title I school in South Alabama. My students come from a variety of backgrounds. Many of our 5th graders have been at our school since Kindergarten and enjoy coming to school each day to work hard and learn with their school family.
5th Grade Recognition Day in May is a big event for my students.
It is a day to celebrate their accomplishments in elementary school and for us to wish them success for their future endeavors. I would like a few extra things this year to make it extra special.
We need award certificates and ink to honor their outstanding accomplishments. For a memorable activity, autograph books and pens will be a fun way for our 5th graders to record memories with their classmates. In addition, the balloon arch will be a great setup for a photo booth.
