Help me give my students refreshments; granola bars, water bottles, mints, lollipops, goldfish & fruit snacks to help them focus and maintain concentration as they sit for their ELA and MATH state exam.

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My name is Kristen Kaler and I have been teaching 7th and 8th-grade math in Queens, NY, for 12 years. This is a Title I middle school in NYC. I absolutely love my students and what I do.
My students sit every year for two state exams: ELA and math.
These tests are each two days long and last for hours. It has been proven that giving students snacks and refreshments throughout a test can keep their focus and motivate them. I would absolutely love to be able to provide snacks to all of my students for the two days they sit for the ELA and Math exam.
