My Project

At WDMS we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to explore their creativity and express themselves through the arts. Our diverse student body hails from all corners of Chicago, bringing with them unique perspectives and talents. However, recent budget cuts in Chicago Public Schools have severely limited our ability to provide the essential art supplies needed to enhance our students' artistic experiences.

We are seeking your support to help us gather vital art materials that will foster creativity, encourage collaboration, and integrate the arts into our curriculum.

Your donations will directly impact our students by providing them with the tools they need to explore various artistic mediums, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media.

With your help, we can create a vibrant learning environment where students can develop their artistic skills, boost their confidence, and find their voices. We aim to not only enhance their artistic abilities but also integrate the arts into their overall education, reinforcing the idea that creativity is a vital part of learning.
