In March of every year, our school has the Great American Reading Contest. Each grade in the school is allotted the time from the March 1st to March 31st to read as many pages as possible or chapters in books. This project will help our class hopefully win the contest coming up in a couple of months.
Our kids come from backgrounds where sometimes reading isn't a big deal, so I want to show our kids that with books reading is awesome.
