This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
This year I am blessed to teach fifth graders that are very inquisitive about school and are getting ready to set new goals for their upcoming journey of middle school. In my classroom we treat each other like family and have respect for one another. My students come from many family settings and are culturally diverse, therefore when they come into my distance learning classroom, I want them to feel comfortable and be able to flourish, express themselves, and enjoy a safe place. My goal is to be a positive impact on my students and our school.
My Project
This computer will help me give my students the best learning experience I can provide to them during distance learning. I will be able to communicate with students and parents, engage in live lessons, offer feedback and tips to parents, perform small group instruction, plan virtual lessons to target instruction, and participate in trainings, that will enhance my skills as an educator . I want to ensure my students that I am providing all the skills needed in order to be ready and confident to go into middle school .
