Help me give my students new science texts! Schools are so stretched for resources that often content standards like science and social studies get little funding for new resources.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom science text was published in 2002! This text and some old FOSS kits are the resources I have to teach all of my 5th grade science standards. It can be easy to find resources online, but it can take time to make sure they are worthwhile. While there is still some extremely useful information in the materials I have, science changes constantly! Scientific literacy is extremely important for young minds, and these resources would be an amazing start at building a new library for our 5th grade students. These texts would work hand in hand with exploratory science labs in my classroom. Thank you!
