My students love to learn and explore! We created a peer mediator group for our school and my students have becomes leaders in our schools community. They help resolve problems and fundraise to help students in need for educational field trips.
My Project
These materials will help my students get hands on experiences while learning about physical science in the classroom. They will be able to build simple machines, experiment with magnets and electricity and forces and motion. Reading books about these various aspects does not get retained the same as if students are able to physically move and build parts to see the electricity and magnetism occurring in real life. My class has not had the opportunity to have hands on science labs in the classroom and I would be able to reuse these resources year after year.
