My Students
Our fifth-grade students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They love having different opportunities to express their various learning styles. They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are our inspiration!
Our school is located in West Harlem (Title I District).
Our student population is diverse and includes Hispanic, African American, Caucasian, Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian), Biracial, ENL (English as a New Language), IEP (Individualized Education Program) students. Diversity within our school is something we embrace and nurture.
My Project
The use of chart paper, widgets, and student mailboxes are used daily in my classroom. These materials support student learning by keeping them organized, access to differentiation, allow for multiple entry points and flexibility for all learning styles.
By donating to my project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them more effective learning choices. These materials will keep my students growing and learning.
