This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our home away from home is made up of 35 of our very fabulous 4th grade scholars. Our mission to find our love for learning, being great role models and taking being a scholar to a whole new level! Now that next year is fully in person we are excited to get back to normal learning!
“One of the greatest and simplest tools for learning more and growing is doing more.”– Washington Irving
Our class will be focusing on learning social-emotional skills in order to strengthen relationships, practicing a growth mindset and the adventure that lives in the books. We do this with laughter, grace, fearlessness, and fun.
My Project
We are coming back! Due to next year being fully in person, our 4th graders will need their starter tools to make the start of a new year great! Students will need pencils boxes, scissors, pens, pencils, post its, glue sticks and composition books to help with daily work.
Let's get them ready!
Due to orders being placed at the start of the school year, We are trying to get them before our 4th graders take a seat at their desk at the beginning of August. All tools mentioned will be a great way to kick off their first year as "upper graders."
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
