My diverse group of students arrive at school each morning wearing bright smiles. Their friendly voices not only greet me, but they greet each other too. A beautiful thing to witness. It makes me so excited to start my day with them. Every morning I think, how lucky am I?
My students come to school on a quest for knowledge, all hungry to learn more!
I am truly in awe of my creative students as they are driven and highly motivated to better their own learning. Their faces light up at positive attention and praise and I try my hardest to create a safe and fun learning environment for them. School is much easier when you feel supported and I want that for my students.
My students are in need of math manipulates for telling time and math games to work on their math fact fluency. My students need clocks in their hands to work on telling time to the nearest minute and for figuring out elapsed time. Both of these are life skills needed past third grade and it is very important that my students master these topics. My students need to spend more time working on fact fluency and it is more fun to do that through game play. I would like to build my library of math games so my students have many to choose from.
My wish list includes a large teacher clock, small student clocks, math 24, splat math, math stacks, fraction wild, fraction war, etc. My students would be so grateful to receive these gifts. Thank you for your consideration in supporting my students and helping them all grow in math.
