My Project

This is my eighth year teaching and my second year in 3rd grade. I have loved getting to know my students over the years, what their interests are, and who they are as people. It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of their lives during these developmental years and to make a lasting impact! The following items can help my students in these ways:

-Body pillows: help students find a comfortable place to read and develop a love of reading.

-Board/card games: helps students collaborate and problem solve during inside recess while having fun.

-Magnatiles: allows students to be creative and supports STEAM thinking.

-Picture frames: on their birthday, every student give an adjective about the birthday boy/girl and we create a word collage for them to take home.

-Books: we love to read in our classroom and students like having lots of choices.

-Animal erasers/cupcake holders: students have "desk pets" that they can earn with class cash and create homes for them using the cupcake holders.

-Multiplication pop-its: students love to have fidgets and by having multiplication tables on them, it will help students memorize their math facts.
