This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am proud to teach our future engineers. Our students learn industry specific skills, such as using engineering tools, machinery, terminology, and various other relevant topics. A large part of our curriculum is centered around 3D design and manufacturing.
This tool is the missing piece in our engineering curriculum.
We are lucky to have a class room 3D printer; however, that is only half the process. We need a 3D scanner in order to scan physical objects into the digital realm in an effort to work on real world (re)design.
