My Project
I absolutely love how creative, curious, and resilient my students are. Even without access to art, music, or STEM classes, they show up each day ready to learn and eager to try new things. They light up when they get hands-on experiences and thrive when given the chance to express themselves and think outside the box.
Our school has limited resources, but our students have unlimited potential.
A 3D printer would open doors to real-world learning and creative exploration that they currently don't have. With this tool, my students will learn to design and create small toys, tokens, and prizes for our school’s PBIS store—building not only technical skills, but also a sense of ownership, pride, and community.
This project will give them the chance to explore design thinking, practice problem-solving, and learn how technology can turn ideas into something tangible. It will bring a new level of excitement and engagement into our classroom and help prepare them for a world that values innovation and creativity.
