My Students
My students are just beginning their journey of learning technology. They are smart, creative, and eager to learn. These students love hands-on assignments. For many, this is their only elective class, so they are looking for an outlet during the day. We are a Title I school with many of our students coming from low-income households.
My Project
This year my students are taking a business leadership class where they will create their own businesses. At the end of the year, our school is going to host a business Expo. There, students will be allowed to promote their business and show sample products.
Donors were generous and gifted us a 3D printer; now we need filament.
We need filament for the printer to be able to create our designs. My students will be able to create simple designs as a prototype. This machine will teach them something brand new.
