We are lucky to have students that are so interested in tech, and we would love a 3-D printer to expand these students' horizons. Our students have a great desire to learn and push their own boundaries. They have expressed interest in the world of 3-D printing, and our school would love to provide this type of enrichment to our students.
My Project
Expanding young students' horizons is an important part of our curriculum. Getting technology in young kids' hands is a smart investment in our future. We are interested in building our own RC cars, printing anatomical models, and tools that we can use around the building. Additionally, the 3-D printer process gives students invaluable experience making and creating with computers. It is a great way for students to be presented with a problem and use their own resources to obtain an end goal. 3-D printing is a great way to get kids excited about tech and show them opportunities for their future.
