3D Printing Filaments

My Project

Our school is a Gold STEAM-designated school. The students are fascinated by the STEAM projects.

This school year, with the help of a 3D printer, we also need printing filaments for the students to practice engineering and technology skills while using a range of science, math, and art elements.

We have students constantly inquiring about creating 3D printing projects. However, with our inexistent budget for such an item, it breaks my heart when I have to tell them that we are not quite ready yet.

If we are able to get a previous DonorsChoose grant request for an AnkerMake M5 Speedy 3D Printer, we will need the filaments for the printing to occur. We hope that we can get them with the 3D printer for the students to start working right away.
