My Students

I currently teach Science and Social Studies to a large group of 6th grade students. They are curious, fun, and eager to learn. This year I have been instilling the love of science into these amazing students, and they are hungry for more!

To help grow their love of learning and science, I am working on making our science lab a fun and educational place that will push our learning to another level!

I will need some additional classroom supplies to make my lessons as fun and engaging as I can!

My Project

By adding 3D printers to our science lab, we can incorporate computer and design skills into our curriculum. The addition of these printers will also allow us to expand our current after school club offerings to eventually include a 3D printing club!

This club will provide students with the means and opportunity to construct and work with 3-D printers and projects associated with 3-D printers.

These printers will open doors and provide unique opportunities for our 6th graders, as well as to students in other grades. These printers will engage and motivate students to learn, they will be motivated and excited to learn in a whole new way!
