Help me give my students a 3D printer to engage students in learning math. A 3D printer will attract student interest and engagement as they learn mathematical engineering practices.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are quick-witted with exceptional needs. My students need a lot of direct and explicit instruction. They all desire attention in their own unique way. My students have demonstrated loyalty and friendship to each other such as the point they would risk consequences. I usually have more male students than female students so finding a middle ground can be difficult when finding high-interest materials. Most of my pupils appear to enjoy easy topics of interest, games, music, and animals. They love things with imagery and the tasks that allow them to use their hands. What I really love about working with my population of students is that they all want a diploma they all want to make a family member proud of their success earning a certificate and that is motivational for me.
My Project
Having a 3D printer for students with disabilities would increase their engagement and interest in math.
Using a 3D printer to teach hands-on mathematical engineering practices would be helpful.
Utilizing a Flip model approach during our 3D lessons students would continue to deepen their understanding of math concepts at home by their access to the source code program at home. This allows for students to design and create their final product from home so that when they arrive at class we are discussing and examining our designs from home with peers.
