Help! Save us from cords, plugs, and wires! We have a projector in our class, but we have to run wires to my desktop computer.
I teach in a socio-economically disadvantaged area.
Many of my children do not have access to Internet or computers at home. The only exposure that they have to technology is at school. Our school has a very limited technology budget this year, and it will be even more limited next year.
My Project
The students get to watch me run back and forth to my desk all day long when doing slide shows or informative video clips, because my desktop computer is connected to my projector by cables from across the room. Please help us to become wireless. Also, we have just a few older computers now for student use. This would give me one more computer for students to use to get on the Internet, or create student projects.
This laptop will help me make learning a fun, visual experience.
This will change our classroom by leaps and bounds by making our existing technology function more efficiently. It will change my students lives by allowing me to provide more computer time to students that do not have computers at home.
