30 Year Old School in Need of Kitchen Equipment!

Help me give my students new kitchen equipment for our Food lab. It's time, the school is 30 years old!

My Project

Our 30 year old school is one of the few that still offers a basic cooking class as an elective. We have a well maintained facility but some of the original elements and equipment are in need of replacing.

Every school year 300 of our students learn to cook in our Foods lab!

And so, as expected, our equipment which gets daily use is tired and wearing out. We need an infusion of new items such as standing mixers and dry storage containers. Given that the mixers are approximately $350 each (and we have 6 mini-kitchens to furnish), this is a chunk of money that the school just can't afford to appropriate so we're attempting to replace them one at a time.
