High school psychology students regularly struggle to learn brain anatomy. This project will provide students with a hands-on opportunity to study brain anatomy in a way that provides a kinesthetic method of memorizing the parts of the brain. Providing this concrete learning method will boost student learning. By allowing them to see inside their own heads, they will also have a stronger connection to the content they are learning in class. Brain science is so valuable for helping students learn not only in my class, but also beyond as students better understand the workings if their own mind.
