My Project

Each year, I strive to create a welcoming and safe environment for my learners. When transitioning to 2nd grade I took this idea and completely transformed my room to a flexible seating classroom.

Flexible seating has been the BEST change that I have ever made to my room and has allowed my students the freedom and choice to learn in an environment that meets ALL learning styles.

The items seen on this project will allow my students more opportunity to work around the floor and in our library, two spaces that are HEAVILY utilized in our classroom.

I am also looking to provide more snack options for those students in my class that may forget their snack or need an extra one throughout the day.
