My students need 21 "Beat the Clock" math fact practice write 'n wipe boards as well as 2 "Dice in Dice" tubs.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. K.'s classroom raised $583
This project is fully funded
I am the Response to Intervention Coordinator as well as the Speech Pathologist at our school. This is the first year our school has piloted the RtI intervention program. I work with many wonderful students who could really use intervention materials in the classroom to help implement this new program.
Our students desperately need help learning their math facts! Parents are very busy and send us their very best...their kids! However, math fact practice stays on the back-burner. We are hoping to help our students utilize these materials to implement this "home-practice" at school!
I am asking for 21 Beat the Clock Math practice boards. Each board focuses on a different set of math facts with 6 write and wipe drill pages that kids can use again & again. They can use the built-in timer to start & stop the clock as well as record their scores. I am also asking for 2 "Dice in Dice" tubs. This will equal 144. These are actual dice inside of dice. The students absolutely love these & use them to practice basic math facts. Fluency of simple math facts (addition, subtraction, multiplication & division) can make or break a child's ability to succeed in his or her regular classroom math class.
YOU will make it possible for OUR students to feel success. When a child feels success, he or she is empowered to reach endlessly to achieve. You will be making a difference in the lives of children, which in turn will last a lifetime. I think every child deserves a chance to automatically know that 2+2=4 and not 5, don't you?
