This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Fifty percent of my students are Special Ed so I need to be very creative in the lessons I introduce to them. Having a smart board in my classroom can help them access the lessons while keeping their attention span a lot longer. They will be drawn to the vibrant colors, sounds and visuals making it a fun learning experience.
The fact that they can write on the board and or touch the screen to answer questions is vital to their learning as well as their self esteem especially for the non verbal students.
