21st Century Classroom

My students need ear buds for use in the classroom and the labs. We are moving into a digital age, and the big, bulky headphones just aren't cutting it anymore.

My Students

I work at an amazing school. Our community is close-knit, and many, like myself, grew up in our town. My students represent all different backgrounds, socio-economic status, and ethnicities. The staff works hard to provide meaningful instruction and memories that will last a lifetime.

My students are encouraged to be readers!

It's my goal to instill a love of learning through reading, and I feel that books in their hands give them the greatest chance to go on an adventure, meet new people, or travel to faraway places...all through a book.

My Project

Students are using computers frequently in the classroom. We are engaged in learning programs, competitive review games, and reading comprehension quizzes. 21st Century classrooms have technology infused into all areas of learning.

My students could really use their own ear buds to use on a daily basis.

This would allow us to forego the old, bulky headphones. No more hearing, "They hurt my ears!" Having their own individual ear buds would help them move into a more digital classroom.

Additionally, having a ball bag to transport playground balls to recess would be an additional supply item that would help our class run a little smoother.
