This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every item on this list will be impactful for students in my class. From pencils to small prizes, this will ease the cost of attending school for my students. When students don't have to worry about basic supplies, it makes them feel more welcome in the class and ready to learn the daily materials.

More than half of the students here at RFZ come from low-income households.

By being able to provide these materials, we can help make sure all students are getting an equal opportunity to participate in classwork and complete assignments.
