My Project
I teach seventh grade literature to students in an urban school. The students come to seventh grade from various backgrounds and reading abilities.
I plan to use the books to enhance the current curriculum to give students quality choice books to read in their free time at home and at school.
I am hoping to get multiple copies of each book for the students to read individually or with others, so they can participate in the voting for the Rebecca Caudill award. Students from all over our state will vote in February 2024.
