My Project

Every year, the American Library Association announces award-winning and honorary titles from Caldecott, Newberry, Pura Belpre, and Coretta Scott King! These awards represent the most distinguished contributions to American children's literature.

Many of our students cannot access high-quality and high-interest books at home.

The quality of literature in these books helps provide opportunities for enjoyment, imagination, escape, and language development, not to mention developing an overall love of reading. By helping us purchase these books, you are directly helping our school get the right books into the hands of our students.
