My Project
The 20 Book Challenge Reading Competition is an exciting initiative that encourages students to read 20 books from a variety of genres and topics over the course of the school year. It aims to foster a lifelong love of reading, improve literacy skills, and build confidence in young readers. By diving into stories that range from fiction and fantasy to history and science, students strengthen their comprehension, expand their vocabulary, and develop critical thinking skills.
Reading good stories is about more than just finishing books—it’s about discovering new ideas, building empathy, and seeing the world through different perspectives.
Great stories help children connect emotionally with characters and experiences, fueling their imagination and curiosity.
To help make this challenge accessible to all students, we are asking for donations to purchase new and engaging books. Your support will ensure that every student has the opportunity to participate fully in the challenge, regardless of their background.
