1st Year Teacher - Classroom Library

Help me give my students a classroom library that is filled with amazing books such as Wings of Fire, Dog Man, and Magic Treehouse. These books will help students to enjoy reading and expand their vocabulary.

My Project

A classroom library plays a crucial role in enhancing students' educational experience by fostering their imagination, expanding their knowledge, and igniting a passion for reading. Access to a range of books encourages students to explore new ideas and concepts, while also helping them to develop a richer vocabulary.

This classroom library will not only cultivate a love for learning but also empowers students to engage with literature in a meaningful way, which ultimately shapes their academic journey.

My goals as a first year teacher for my classroom library is to have a variety of books at grade level such as Graphic Novels and adventure books because these will excite my students! Overall, I want to help my students beginning to learn that reading is fun and Graphic Novels and Comics are the perfect gateway.
