This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach a 1st grade ICT classroom with 90% of my students being English Language Learners. We try to use technology and other methods of learning in the class, but don't always have all the supplies necessary. A lot of our students are visual learners and could benefit from a different learning mode, such as worksheets, cut and paste activities that they can manipulate and reuse with laminating. New supplies that are bright and engaging is one great way that we hope to keep the students engaged while also learning new and important things. Please help my learners learn in a new way!

My Project

We are asking for a color printer and copier for our new classroom. Our copiers in the school building are not great quality and are hard for the students see. We want to be able to print in color to liven up worksheets and activities for the 1st graders. We find that they are thrilled to see things in bright colors opposed to black and white

We need this new color printer and copier to help our have fun and get back to loving school!

We think that the better our worksheets look and how brightly colored they are really grabs our students attention. Any help would be so appreciated.
