This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work in an under-privileged district where my students come to school without the basic supplies they need. My goal for this project is to be able to give my students the supplies they need to be successful in first grade. Along with educational goals I also want to focus on their social interactions with each other. I feel the magnet tiles will help the students learn how to work together while developing engineering skills. The tiger headphones will be a very useful and fun tool for my students to be able to access technology in the classroom.
