it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are a very small school located in Cuyama Valley. Financially, we are not able to buy playground equipment for our 1st- 5th grades. Anything is much, much appreciated! We have good kids who deserve to have equipment at recess and for PE. Our students come from predominantly low-income households from hard-working parents who would never otherwise ask for any help, although in this situation, our school staff and parents will be ever so grateful for any donation to our school. It would mean so much to our students! Our students would benefit from the playground equipment for so many reasons. Kids need that time during the day to release energy and benefit from exercise. PE is also part of our 1st - 5th grade curriculum, so this equipment will help our students meet their daily instructional minutes. Thank you for considering our students and our small school.
