This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year I have an amazing group of learners who learn better from doing. They love their play doh and have really gotten creative. I would love to celebrate them with a glow in the dark party for the 100th day of school.

The students would make glow in the dark jars that will last forever as will the memories we make that day.

We will use the pens to do math and secret sight words. We will count how many times we can hit the balloon before it falls. This day will be completely academic, but it will be so fun that my students will not realize that they are learning.
