My students need an Apple ipod touch, protective case, and warranty for the listening center.

My Students

Picture it...you are five years old and want to listen to a book on cd. You go to the center, but find out the cd doesn't match the book you want to hear! ARGH!

I teach 24 adorable Kindergarteners at a public school in North Carolina.

My students are loving, precious, and eager to learn. I love being able to help them learn all they can! I honestly have a dream job and it is the best feeling to watch them bloom during the year.

My Project

I am requesting an Apple iPod touch, case, and warranty so my students can enjoy the listening center. The problem is that it is hard for them to find the matching book and cd, put the cd in the player, press play --you get the idea. I want to help make it easier for them. If we had an iPod touch, we would be able to select the story by looking at the cover on the ipod and ta-da, listen to the story! Please help me help my students!

I hope you will help to grant our classroom wish.

It is time consuming when I have to stop a guided reading group, go to the listening center, and help my students find the cd that matches the book they want to hear. This project would make it much easier for us all and increase learning time!
