My Students
What good is having computers if we can't print the work we just did? We have been blessed with lots of technology in our school, however we struggle to pay for ink cartridges. Please help us get enough ink for the school year!
I teach a second grade gifted and talented class in New York City.
We have experienced many budget cuts in our school and your help will mean the world to us. We have lots of technology and we use our computers daily, but we cannot print our work since we have no ink!
My Project
We often use our classroom computers daily. We even have laptops and we received our first iPad last year. What we don't have is the ink for all of our classroom printers and to make it more difficult, none of the donated machines take the same cartridges! The class loves to type their stories, research topics of interest and even print photographs from our various field trips, but it is often difficult since we ration what little we have left of our ink supply.
I hope you consider donating to our project.
It may seem like an odd request, but it is an essential need in our classroom. We would love to be able to print our work! Thanks for considering our proposal!
