This request is to purchase 5 stand up desks for our students who learn best when they are not distracted by their individual needs. Many students cannot learn when sitting down. They are tactile or mobile learners who may also be affected by ADHD, Asperger's, or learning difficulties. It important that they are able to stand up while learning so that they can focus on the instruction and not their individual needs. These stand up desks will allow students to stand while learning, have an individual place to call their own, and move as needed during class. This will take the stress off and they are able to better concentrate in class. The results are amazing!

About my class
