Elementary and middle school students both benefit from the physical response of playing real instruments and developing a steady beat and rhythm necessary for games and call & responses used in our basic classes. More tactile resources and aural feedback provide the best music education possible. Students of all ages benefit from physical action connected to aural responses and tactile feedback when learning the basics of music-making and learning to perform in an ensemble. It doesn't matter the size, the ensemble learning must happen for performing arts groups of all shapes and sizes.
