My sophomores and seniors live and learn in a Title I designated area. Literacy rates are low and unemployment is high. Although they lack tangible resources to meet the demands of life, they are not lacking in experiences of the mind, heart and soul. If you were to take a stroll through my classroom, you would have the pleasure of meeting some of the most creative young minds of this generation. A lack of resources should not defeat inspiration. They have something to say and should be heard. They have a VOICE.

About my class
