My students come from a very special community that has the administrators, teachers and parents working together as a team for the best interest in our students. My class consists of students eager to learn and face challenges in their education. They are fast learners who are enthusiastic to come to school everyday and do their best. Students know my classroom is a safe environment to take chances and risks with their learning to become better readers, writers and mathematicians. The challenge faced daily is to reach out to a classroom of students who learn in a variety of ways and come in with an assortment of skills. My students would be motivated to build their independence and learning with the use iPads. This tool will assist my class to practice and develop concepts that will help them to increase their education across the second grade curriculum.
