This year every English teacher in my department at Robinson was given their own LCD projector. Yes, our school has that much money! This has revolutionized the way I teach because I can easily switch between projecting my computer screen, my DVD player or VCR, and now I can even project any document I want when I attach my LCD projector to my fancy document camera my school also bought me. I am lucky to teach at such a wealthy school in one of the wealthiest counties in the country. I'd like to help this D.C. teacher bring this technology into her classroom because I know this single item will make her teaching more interesting and effective and overall make her difficult job a little easier. Let's help her make this happen! Here's something small and tangible we can do to start improving D.C. public schools. Thanks for your consideration! If you'd like to donate, please do so before January 31 when this teacher's proposal unfortunately expires. Please feel free to forward this along to anyone else you know who may be interested in improving the lives of one teacher and her third grade students! hide
