This year every English teacher in my department at Robinson was given their own LCD projector. Yes, our school has that much money! This has revolutionized the way I teach because I can easily switch between projecting my computer screen, my DVD player or VCR, and now I can even project any document I want when I attach my LCD projector to my fancy document camera my school also bought me. I am lucky to teach at such a wealthy school in one of the wealthiest counties in the country. I'd like to help this D.C. teacher bring this technology into her classroom because I know this single item will make her teaching more interesting and effective and overall make her difficult job a little easier. Let's help her make this happen! Here's something small and tangible we can do to start improving D.C. public schools. Thanks for your consideration!
