We're <a href = 'http://seedstitch.populuxe.ca/'>Seed Stitch</a>, a new arrival in the blogosphere. We're challenging internet knitters and crafters to help fund these knitting-related school projects. Knitting teaches children patience, goal-setting, a set of remarkable math skills, and a glowing sense of accomplishment. After all, give a child a sweater and she loses it in a day, but teach a child to knit and you warm her for a lifetime.
