We’re very excited to join the DonorsChoose District Partnership Program because it opens up new opportunities for teachers to fund projects that will help them provide the kind of educational experiences our students need to be prepared to thrive in the 21st Century. By partnering with DonorsChoose, we can better support Early County teachers who are creating lessons that increase students’ excitement about coming to school every day.

Early County School System is located in Southwest Georgia nestled up against Alabama and Florida. Our Vision is Everyone Committed to Student Success. It takes everyone being committed to ensure our students’ success. Our Mission: In a safe and caring environment, Early County School System will provide engaging and challenging educational opportunities to equip students for success.

Our biggest asset is our dedicated faculty and staff! Our teachers take pride in our approximately 1800 students and work very hard to give them every opportunity to be successful. They go above and beyond every day to provide quality instruction in the classroom as well as the opportunities they provide students as club sponsors, coaches, advisors and mentors.

Because Early County is considered a high poverty area, all of our students eat free lunch. However, we take pride in our collaboration with community organizations and businesses. These partnerships are vital to help us provide our students with a quality education. Even so, we are always in need of more support. Public schools are the backbone of our communities, states and the nation. They are vital to give every child an opportunity to learn and live to their full potential.
