Flying High with Dragon Rewards: A PBIS Adventure

Help me give my students a PBIS store where they can redeem PBIS dollars for rewards and incentives.

My Project

The "Dragon Dollar Store" project aims to establish a school-wide PBIS system where students can "shop" for rewards with the dragon dollars they earn from demonstrating the three B's (be responsible, be respectful, and be safe). From items for the store like school supplies, small toys, and incentive coupons, to storage bins for organizing rewards, the requested resources will help us build a fun, organized space where students can exchange their hard-earned points for something exciting.

Our hope is that the PBIS store will not only encourage good behavior, but will also give students a sense of ownership and motivation to continue their positive actions.

By seeing their efforts rewarded, they’ll develop a deeper sense of pride in their work and a stronger desire to contribute positively to our school community.

We, as best as possible, want to cultivate an environment where every student feels valued and motivated to be the best versions of themselves. The selected items will be used to support our school’s efforts in fostering a positive, safe, and productive atmosphere where students understand the connection between their actions and the rewards they receive. This PBIS store will also help recognize their hard work and empower them to continue striving for success.
