Juggling Fun in PE to Increase Reading Fluency!

Help me give my students more time with crossing the midline and improving reading skills with scarves and juggling balls that can also be used to play tag games, dance and increase cardiovascular conditioning.

My Project

The scarves will allow each student to have a 3 pack to learn juggling. In K each student will have 2. Crossing the midline helps students with sport and reading fluency. Games can also be played with the scarves to increase cardiovascular fitness.

Dancing with music and constructing a routine using scarves allow for patters and at the end a performance!

Sharing these scarves with the a primary school will help with young readers and another 250 students. Such an engaging and colorful way to help students in so many academic areas.
