New School Enrichment Model Class

Help me give my students the foundation to create a great classroom starting my first year as SEM teacher, SEM, Schoolwide Enrichment Model, where we will be focusing on project based learning.

My Project

This will be the first time RHES will have a program like this, so I am allowed to create the curriculum and environment for my students and myself - the items request will help with individual and group projects, which is the focus of the SEM learn for our school.

SEM focuses on enrichment for students through high levels of engagement and the use of enjoyable and challenging learning experiences that are constructed around students’ interests, learning styles, and preferred modes of expression.

In this case the carpet is our main gathering point and will allow students to come together who normally do not communicate with each other. My goal is to have them get to know each other as they get to know them selves and brainstorm on what their true interests are. As I find out these interest - that is where projects ideas will be born. Other items are classroom basics i would like to maintain cleanliness of the space.

All of Randle Highlands Elementary School students are exceptional but for this course is for whose work is over satisfactory and will be allow to participate in this class. The goal of this class to have students tap into their interests and develop new talents.
