Building STEM Fun With a 3D Printer!

My Students

Our students compete at the local, state, and national level.

Middle-school students in our Technology Student Association (TSA) are learning to lead in a technical world.

Our students exemplify the following principles of leadership: Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart.

Here are a some of the categories our students compete in: Coding, STEM Animation, Invention and Innovation, Electrical Applications, Microcontroller, Problem Solving, Mechanical Engineering, CAD Foundations, Website Design, Dragster, Junior Solar Sprint, Tech Bowl, and Technical Design.

My Project

Students have several opportunities to learn about the engineering design process at our school. Inventions and Innovations is a 7th grade class, and Technological Systems is an 8th grade class. We also have a competition team for the Technology Student Association (TSA). Students will use Tinkercad and Thingiverse to find and modify 3D printing projects that are of interest to them.

By donating this requested FlashForge Finder 3D Printer to this project, students will have the ability to make their creations, print them on a 3D printer, and take them home.

Thank you for helping to bring the fun and hands-on learning to over three hundred students per year!
